You're obviously a yank so I can't help you, however, I urge any Brits to steer well clear of consoleup when buying flashcarts. (Or anything else for that matter).

How come the R4 and not the M3 Real? (I'm genuinely curious, I don't know much other than the M3 Real is pretty new)

I ended up going with the M3 DS Real gba/rumble bundle for 60 bones american(2 gig microSD included)

i was thinking of going cycloDS but it was too expensive, and the R4DS factory has been shut down.

I know the M3 Real is more up to date against certain copy protections / CRC checks and what not.

The new FInal fantasy game had to be patched to run on my m3 simply and r4's, but it worked on the m4 real out of the box.

i ordered two from here never had a problem
cheapest I found with free delivery

but the delivery took close to 3 weeks each time
still good though

well previously it was 60 bucks WITHOUT a microDS. I later found the M3 Real deal, with the gba and rumble addon AND a 2 gig microsd for the same price.... which was much better for my buck.

and yes, it's very much paid for itsself in its first day. wifey has about 50 games to choose from now instead of 4.
