Ok I got a user who is having a problem involving outlook client and web-based outlook. His outlook client says that he has 21 reminders, which is the correct number that he wants. When he logs in via the web it says he has 38 reminders, which is not correct. It should be the same on both and its just not. I am at a lose as to what I should do to fix this. Any ideas? There doesn't appear to be any settings to adjust and I updated him to IE 7 to see if that's the problem, but it didn't work. thanks in advance!
