Hey guys, looking for a new MB and cpu. Only requirements are, the MB must support agp and pc3200 ram. Also need both along with descent cooling for said processor for right around 300 USD. trying to get fastest possible/best performance for the buck, any recommendations and or links will be appreciated.

PS, would also like to be able to easily overclock :P
