I was reading about this movie the other day and also checked up on imdb's site to find out more. There isn't much about it, so I was wondering if anyone has seen this or knows more about it. I guess the gist of the flick is people researching a giant croc in Africa and then something goes wrong...but then again, when does something ever go right in a horror movie.
Looks like a run-of-the-mill creature feature with an entire cast of b/c-list TV actors.
Director is a TV career guy as well, seems to have some experience with sci-fi, so maybe it'll rise above the expected straight-to-DVD that I'm imaginibng for it.
But I do love my sci-fi/fantasy/horror, so here's hoping that it's not as average as the people behind it.
Actually a reasonable popcorn muncher with decent enough FX, acceptable acting, and enough thrills to make it a good hire/dl for a brainless night in.
Maybe what clinched it for me was that I happened to catch National Geographic's show about Gustave (the real croc that is supposed to have killed in excess of 300 people) that this movie is based around.
