Yep.

But he directed Once Were Warriors. As long as he never does a Gary Glitter he'll always have offers of work.

This appears to be based upon The Gold Man, which I read a long, long time ago, so my memory is a little vague. But I'm sure that was set in the future in a world at war with mutants (sort of X-Men style)...and the lead character has gold skin...and the future is a world of golden people!

Still, even if the film differs from PKD's vision, the trailer rocks. Hopefully we get a decent sci-fi romp (and lots of gratuitous Biel ass ).

Caught this a few weeks ago, doesnt look bad. As usual Cage overacts, but will watch it purely for the Biel factor...

ok , i watched this last night and though it was pretty good...untill the end , the end fucking sucked.

It had quite a few good action scenes , but no biel tittays
if you hav'nt watched it i would suggest to , but dont expect to much from the ending

Watched it over the weekend and wasn't impressed.

And yeah, the ending sucks...Bobby Ewing is dead!

Caught this at the bargain theater for 2 bucks a couple weeks back and I'd have to agree that the ending blows. The movie isn't at all terrible but it is pretty bad in a guilty pleasure kind of way. Its worth a rent or dl if a good copy exists.
