yes it does.... but you will need an old psp(check the firmware). or you will have to tune/modify/downgrade it(wrong crack can disable the whole psp, only sony being able to unlock it again, so know your shit or someone that does before you act) to play your safety copies on it.

recently there have been reports that it is now possible to unbrick the psp and companies have begun selling the means. what it is is a battery/memory stick combo pack that can somehow reverse a bad downgrade. there are also ways to read about online which show you how to make the "special" battery yourself out of a regular PSP battery. check youtube or pspupdates.qj.net for more information about this.

I actually have a PSP and downgraded it about a year ago and now have emulators/roms galore and iso's. it makes the system that much more portable with all the game and shit, it's great.

True, I can never imagine buying a psp and then spending cash on games, which in all honesty are forgetable within a half hour.

Downgraded mine, now I just play tekken when the mood takes me
