This rip has a DTS-ES 6.1 surround mix in addition to the 5.1 Dolby Digital. Both soundtracks are English. The inclusion of DTS has not degraded the video quality to any noticeable degree. Any unused menu functions have been correctly blanked. There are no English subtitles and you may to fiddle a bit to get rid of the Nordic ones during playback.

The movie itself is dated and ridiculous, stock FBI agents, stock terrorists. The latter are not identified anywhere in the movie other than by speaking with robotic foreign accents. Someone has stolen an atom bomb but we are never told who or why? The opening credits look like like a very bad VCD transfer but are meant to. The ending is a total cop-out and the closing credits actually run backwards!

Yeah, 'terrorists' speaking french and german and no clue who they are and why they do it. Pretty stupid. Other than that I liked the basic idea of movie.

Nice to see a DVDrip where the dts audio track isn't ripped. Overall good quality reencode. Lack of english subtitles might be annoying for some non-native speakers but other than that great release.
