COOL a 3D movie

This is the 3D with the Blue and Red glasses needed.
Lucky for me i swiped a handful of said glasses from the RedBull Air Race promotion.
Put them on and... eh this ain't working?

then i tried them on the wrong way round, or least the wrong way according to these glasses.
Yesss 3D zombies (and at 00:23:32 some 3D tittys )

for this movie its Red - Right Eye, Blue - Left Eye

Alright I have to ask even if I am an idiot for doing so...

Why in the world would it matter what eye has what color over it??

i have no idea, but I'm sure there's some Brain - Eye - Neurological explanation if you Google it.

No, Its the way the movie is made. Just think of it in terms of layers. its "red" and
"Blue" layer are reversed (as apposed to most 3d image things)

The quality of this is great but I sure as hell cant tell if it is 3d. I have the glasses, and they are on the right way.

The picture (without the glasses) appears normal and has no red or blue ghosting like a traditional 3d movie. Can anyone confirm this is how the 3d version looks?
the version at redbox was 2d, so I got this copy.

a9
v9
m?

EDIT: This version (SAGA) is the 2d version. Get the sativa version if you are looking for a 3d version. Also as its been said for the glasses red right eye, blue left. The 2d version is also how it was released to dvd.
