All subtitles in russian, slight sync issue for a minute at the 37 minute mark then fixes it self at the next scene. Picture a tad on the dark side. If you are ok with the subtitles and giving a little slower plot develop due to not being able to follow everything being said then watchable.

two small things
1. Subtitles for Chinese spoken parts are in Russian. You can pretty much tell the story without them, but its slightly annoying.
2. Not really sure why they didnt cut the credits. I can understand leaving the comic bits at the end... but they have over 4mins that is just credits and these could have been dropped to save file size.

this rls isnt bad, a big step from the previous releases
V - 7 - a bit fuzzy and gamma/contrast are slightly off
A - 8 - nothing wrong with it that i heard except when it gets real loud it kinda gets distorted
M - 6 - not bad, but not as good as the first two

It was a joke directed towards a previous post. I know how a TC works... I do, however, appreciate your efforts to further educate others on this forum.
