I'm sorry, but for the past couple months, mVs releases have been piss poor. They used be be quite reliable for a while.

V: 6 - Very blocky, and grainy. Looks like DVD Shrink was used.
A: 6 - Typical line audio. Filtered, slightly tinny.
M: 3 - Not my kind of movie, so I didn't really enjoy it.

You would probably much better off with the xvid release, or converting the PAL yourself.

Tis Dark in some parts, but not nearly as bad as some have said. It's a TC though. Cig burns noted at 1:26:46 and a few others.
