Friend of mine has been driving me (and her boyfriend) absolutely nuts trying to find this movie, I have no idea what she's talking about but this is the description she gave me:

"this blonde chick and her fiance get killed by this gang, i think they're called the necros.. maybe? and then the govt or something has some experimental branch to bring people back from the dead by giving them injections.. and she fights crimes.. and injects the guy who killed her with her injection to kill him

oh and she can't gain more than 3 lbs or her suit won't work or something, cause it's high tech, but i don't remember what was high tech about it"

any help would be greatly appreciated

Don't know about the hi-tech suit bit but it sounds kind of like an incorrect description of Point of no return or The Assassin as it was called in the U.K
