"gmc.not.allowed" - gmc?

I've been around long enough to pick up most of the terms and abbreviations relevant to the scene, but the latest TRADINGSTANDARDS nuke-bait was nuked for something I can't decypher. ("gmc.not.allowed") I'm sure it's something maddening simple; what is it?
