playing blue ray mkv on pc

Just tried watching IMAX - Fighter.Pilot.Operation.Red.Flag.1080p.BluRay which audio has dts
Anyone know a program that can play mkv file that has dts as the pic is great but the sound plays for a couple of seconds then stutters like hell.
Now i also watching wolves also done imax but this 1 only stutters very rarely for a split second

Only thing i can think of is my pc can't handle playing 1080p as it was a lot worse with the fighter pilot but what i did see and hear of it was frigging awesome.
Hopefully my new pc will turn up tomorrow so i can be sure that it's down to the pc
