I have a deaf cousin who has a deaf girlfriend. About a year or so ago they had a baby together and they were in town shopping when my brother bumped into them.


Bro in a soft voice so as not to wake the baby: "Hi deaf cousin, how are things?"

Deaf cousin in a voice that was nothing short of a bellow: "SHHHHHH.. THE BABY'S ASLEEP!".
