What does it mean when ppl only quote someone in a thread and type nothing else?

Are they agreeing or disagreeing?

Is this exclusive to VCDQuality? I've not seen it anywhere else.

P.S. It would be very easy to just quote this and try to look smart, so just don't.

I'd of posted this in newbie but that's not there anymore.
