Sony DUo Pro Memory Sticks?

I copied all my PSP files onto a spankin new 8GB card and it said that all the data was corrupt on it. I stupidly formatted it in my PC and since then the card it coming up as half the capacity full. i have formatted it a few times using the PSP and my PC but nothin happens. I have explored the hidden files and i have a folder called "FOUND.000" which says is corrupt when i try to delete it. I cant take ownership of the folder, i have tried unlocking software and some recovery software which can find files on there but not delete them.

Ive googled the shit out of this problem!!!

Anyone had this problem? or know of any software which will find all the files and format the memory card properly?

Cheers

Vaiosoft Recovery Manager is pretty good at fixing/recovering fucked memory cards, give it a whirl (it's free)... http://vaiosoft.com/products/recoverymanager.html
