Unhappy ConvertXtoDVD Problem

Using ConvertXtoDVD to convert xSCR version of Gran Turino to dvd. Once converted it seems very bright, so bright that some of the scenes bleed & merge into each other.

Played the avi file & almost perfect so only get this problem once it's converted to dvd.

Any ideas fellas.

Ps, have also just tried converting king bens version & exactly the same.

Cheers.
