release types

I'm tired of getting emails/seeing people asking what is a telesync or what is a telecine.. So i took pho's faq he made a few months ago and linked it to the diff release types.. if you dont understand what i just said i dont care.. i've got a headache..

Great job X69!!! the format and linking rocks.
