i don't know if anyone's suggested this yet. but maybe people can make accounts for movie lists for other people to see.

it should have the same layout as vcdquality, but on every genre, it should only show which movies a user has. they can choose which movies they have.

also maybe a feature to add their own entries since vcdquality doesn't post ALL the releases.

only problem would be excess accounts for those who want to screw up the system.

Sounds like a good idea to begin with, doesn't it? But it seems to me, that people would begin using the lists as a trading list, know what I mean?

They'd come around to someone, "You know what, I have that rls on your list, you wanna trade?"

the only conceivable way of this ever appearing is if the lists were private (ie thru forum login) and weren't available to "share" to the public. its a handy tool admittedly (ie click a checkbox on a release and add to your GOTS or WANTS list) for archive purposes, but if the lists were public people would use it as an excuse to trade on the site, and we dont need nor want that.

We already know how much bad publicity this site has already gotten in the past.

The "-K" is just something I've always done when signing things. In "real life" I do it to (only not the letter K, I use my real initials kinda like a seal). It just sort of stuck. I do it more on instinct than anything. I thought about putting it in my sig, but it just didn't feel right. Plus I don't like that line it inserts automatically.

The avatar is something I made by taking some Brak Footage and turning it into an animated GIF. It's a fun process that I recommend for everyone.

i have never heard anyone suggest anything so stupid. plus it seems so obvious a swop/trade list or worse selling (gay!) who gives a fuck about a list of everyones films if you need lists or other shit about films etc you got you can get software to do that without needing to use on line sites.
