This was interesting...

I was tooling around on the main page, checking out some .jpg samples, and when I clicked the .jpg link for the TEG release of "Bringing Down the House" I was very surprised to see a popup ad for Bangbus.com. This is a hardcore porn site, and the popup had a very large picture of a woman giving a blow job, as well as other things.

I understand the need for popup ads, but I've never seen any porn ads on this site before. Is this something new?? Maybe it was a glitch of some sort? Am I losing my mind?

Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with porn, but if this is going to happen regularly I'll have to change my viewing habits. (I have young children.)

I think I asked x about the popup's before, and he has no control over them, he has a deal going with some other site, he'll put the code for the popup's on the images, but he doesn't control them himself, I am not sure about this although. They should randomize tho.

sorry but if i had children here, visiting this site as much as i do in a day i would not want them to come accross that kind of advertising

imho if you dont like that ad close it off...

Who should care if their child sees a porn pop up? just tell them to close it. They are involved in or schooled more on the whole "sex" thing at school and with "friends" more than you would ever like to realize. Thats why a 3rd grader can tell me all the pleasure spots on a women 3x his age....

Teach your kids how to deal with things and realize porn as well as sex exsist instead of hiding it from them and forcing them to learn from others. Thats where all them damn teen pregenancy's come from......

this isnt a site for children tho is it... porn and piracy kinda sit side by side with eachother, so personally i dont really care, and whilst its preferable the site doesn't show porn banners, we can't control that.

if kids use the internet, and want to see porn - they'll see it. if they dont, they'll probably see it anyway. hell, when i was 11 or above it really didn't become an issue anymore, and i really doubt we have many 10 year old visitors.

A good pop-up killer doesn't have to drain the site of all of its funding - Just maybe there's a compromise like a killer that targets only the "objectional" material that we list. Hell, I wouldn't like for my kids to view political ad pop-ups before he could understand that none of the bastards are trustworthy.
Ex. For years, I was a devoted Hitler Youth inculcatee during my impressionable youth.

Fuck respectable (no offence) but money's money. Sites like this can't get advertising anywhere due to their content (where's the ads for matrix reloaded? ) and we don't pay to be here. the money's gotta come from somewhere, and the site's not for kids.
