if you can get past the audio problem, this release looks great. this movie is WONDERFUL. 9/10. Its just such a funny great family movie. I saw a very old screener, and this movies still in the top 10 movies in theaters! so this looks like a great screener with no copyright shit.

if you know it all better then do the rips your self..

its free and be glad that there are people out there that do this.
And if the audio isnt 224.. well who cares.. its a mistake.. just wait for another release if you dont want it. But dont start yelling like a baby. Enjoy whats out. The way you put this sounds like your just about 12 years old. Grow up......

And this is to all you out there who have a big mouth about releases. again.. Its free...

About the release:

Great job guy's wish i had the resources to do this too.

I could care less if it was a 224 or 192 kbps since I'd never be able to tell the difference. I don't think many of us can tell the difference between 192 kbps and CD quality with sound equipment you normally use.

But sure, if it makes you feel happy, just wait for the repack.

god damn you whinge a lot its free !! if you cant be bothered re encoding the audio then dont download the bloody files and instead of whineing why not do something productive and give these groups a pat on the shoulder for getting off there arses and getting you this movie obviously unlike the rest of you who have nothing better to do than sit here whineing if you can do better do it (<--- obviously does not apply to FTF ))

Nobody is really whinin' but the point bein there are scene standards and I do understand they are a new group. Just people tellin there opinion. With 192 audio leaves the release for a proper.

Even though the 192 doesnt REALLY matter there are still guidelines and rules so that the best quality releases can be obtained.

BTW the movie itself is really good, dunno why the votes are so low.

EDIT: And stop saying this "ITS FREE SO WHO CARES" bullshit. Its free yes, but if people dont complain about shitty movies then groups will go "ok this lame ass quality is fine enough, we wont bother trying to do better".

And the fact that its free gives the user choice to download or wait for any release group to release it from FTF TS, to TCF DVDscr.

yep true that...... complaining about a release is good... but NOT in the way Swimj did it.... he said it like he's THE ONE that knows it all. That pissed me off a bit... everybody has the right to give there opinion about a release but dont talk it down 6 feet under...

and like this: "and by the way this group sounds really cocky, horrible first impression i have on these guys"

whats that all about... what if there cocky.. so what.. there is no need to say that... no need to give people a label on a public forum. If you think that just keep it to your self.. Its there first release from what i hear.. so just wait and see what else there going to release...

I think its time for mods to check some more.. not just the first 10 and pick those reply's out and remove it from the topics...

You can't compare the bitrate of an AC-3 track on a DVD to the bitrate of an MP2 track on an SVCD. That's like saying, "well, this DIVX looks fine at 750 kbps for video, so we'll just encode this SVCD at 750 kbps for video."

On the other hand, I have no problem with 192 kbps for audio. I do it all the time when I encode Sopranos episodes that are pushing the 1 hour mark, since I'd rather have those bits for video, and I think the sound is great. And of course it's all played back through my receiver's amp, what, does everyone else just use the speakers in the TV?

I'd bet that this nuked 192 kbps audio sounds better than the unnuked crappy 224 kbps audio in the Femme Fatale proper.

Either way... both KSi and TCF releases have been nuked, TCF didn't meet the 4 pass requirement, and KSi didn't meet the 224. KSi's repack meeting the 224 standard will be out soon and we apologize for the mistake, we won't let it happen again! :-)

It seems as though alot of people here are misunderstanding the reasoning for 224kbit mpeg audio as the standard. It's not a matter of hearing the differences of 192kbit versus 224kbit audio, it's that some dvd players may or may not be able to handle 192kbit mpeg audio even if they are able to handle 192kbit AC3 audio (LISTEN, mpeg audio and ac3 audio are 2 seperate formats!). Some players may result in no audio or audio delays if bitrate is below 224kbit, for those telling individuals to go upgrade their dvd player is they can't play 192kbit are morons... My advice is save your $ and just download a proper for free.
