Liberals, always name calling. tsk tsk
Scott
You watch the Bush:Gore debates? Look at how our anti-liberal president uses name calling against Gore: the human calculator, Washington politics, phony math... all these names are just an attempt to escape the issue at hand. Now, I don’t think it would be fair to say that Democrats don't advocate the same politics, they do. But being biased about it and labeling all liberals as name callers kind of contradicts your point, doesn’t it?

Documentary's by definition alone are supposed to provide an objective look at something. Michael Moore cleary has 1 viewpoint here and as always it's a pathetic one.
You're absolutely right, this is not a documentary, it is an opinion piece based on Moore's beliefs. Moore's used objective facts in the film, but the facts he's chosen are lopsided in that they support his views. Having said that, remember the movie focuses on a current problem: gun violence due to media hypnopedia. That said, does it really make sense to just document facts about an issue that is this important? IMO, no. The movie's goal is not to expose us to the fact that gun violence is real, but rather to try to find a solution for why it exists. I really don't see anything pathetic about his viewpoint, this is a problem and it needs to be solved collectively. In bringing his opinion to the masses we're allowed to form our own opinion, and hopefully in the end we'll be able to solve the problem, not the opinion. Welcome to democracy.
