Wow some of you guys that posted are really ignorant...
You really have to consider that this is SVCD...
The other releases were VCD and were only 3 CDs...
Now do the math...SVCD is bigger than regular VCD, so may require another CD do to the length of this movie...
"Uh oh I have to waste a whole 15 cent CD and 7 minutes of my time to burn this extra CD...so I will complain and hope it gets nuked."

I don't think that this release was needed really, because the UTi version was perfectly fine to me (unless some parts were missing...I wouldn't have known because I didn't go see it in the theatre). It's always good to have more releases though for the people who haven't grabbed any of the Lord Of The Ring releases...as for me, I'm sticking with the UTi until a SCR or maybe even until retail comes out...just my opinion on that.

Maybe because it is a TS source and not DVD source , that´s why it´s a overkill.

strawhair - first off, i am complainign because this quality is NOT from a dvd source. also, this quality is nowhere near to be comsidered a svcd, the idiot that posted earlier giving it 9/9/* is a complete fool and obviousally some member of ftf. The svcd released last year was dvd source, thus eligible for svcd, plus it is a long movie, therefore needing more cd's. This is a telesync, some guy in a theatre with a tripod seup and a camera pointign to the screen... not dvd quality at all. stick to vcd ts's. </rant>

Nobody complained about the 4 cd's because it was a DVD Screener.. not a Telesync..

This release is completely useless and shows great disrespect to the scene. UTI's release was *obviously* the best - even with the cam falls - and it is completely stupid to release this one.

On top of that, it is not a real release but a re-encode, which comes from the video source of non-so-good-like-the-uti-release source.

0/10 for stupidity

4 CDs.. next time make 6 cds for the sample and 2 or 3 DVD-Rs for the first part till the break.

It's such a pointless release that I keep thinking this is not actually coming from FTF but from a fake-er.

Compared to UTi:

Picture is way better then UTi , a little bright but VERY CLEAR/SHARP..

sound is hands down the best , peorid..
