um... or, instead of doing all that, just right-click on the first file, choose "extract files...." and in the dialog box that pops up, check 'keep broken files'
btw, here's one way to generate a cue file if you only have a bin:
load the bin in daemon tools (you'll have to change the file type to "all files" in the dialogue box). then use cdrwin or blindwrite to extract cd-> hdd ("create a disc image"). take the cue file from the created image & use it with the original bin.
