good quality fullscreen vhs screener, movie looks good from the previews and this is the first watchable release of it finally.
shitty though sounds like some mpeg errors in it? vcdgear should be able to fix that hopefully, hate when the dvd player freezes up on a glitch, but it seems to only to that with the factory firmware running on mine...
I watched the sample the 1st time and kinda laughed at the slap that took that guy down and then freaks out that kid, but I watched it again and the sample starts in the middle of her saying theres rattlesnake venom in the nail polish shes putting on

Average time for studio screeners are earlier but usually have more watermarks (counters, studio tags, serials). Retail/Hotel screeners are usually 2 months before dvd date but most of the time contain less watermarks (sometimes none at all), so since the dvd date looks about 3 months away then it's pretty early. Very nice quality also, looks great on my standalone and I enjoyed the movie even though it's targeted for a younger audience.

Props TCF

I don't know about everyone else, but I enjoyed this movie. Not bad for Disney. I was also very happy there were no watermarks. Just saw where they had blurred a serial # a few times. Other than that was good quality. I watched with Video Out so I had no issues with my DVD player freezing up. Thanx TCF!

-8/8/8.5

try changing your media brand you may have got a bad batch or maybe a bit of dirt on yer stanalone dvd player ( if using one)

my paciffic 750 would do this sometimes and they play anything

the paciffic 1200 is even better you just throw the mpegs to cdr ,dvd or cdrw and away you go

anyway back to the point about the film

damn decent quality and no freezing here

plextor burning at 24x

Quality was great in video and sound, was very watchable fullscreen 1280x1024. Didn't test it on standalone. Nothing wrong with audio, great film great release
8/10/8 simply because while the video wasnt exactly top-knotch quality, audio sounded pretty much how I would expect the VHS or DVD to sound so I think that deserves a 10
