yea ppl talking about pdvd or tc should buy glasses, video was as good as it gets, audio however had a metallic echo that was very annoying. loved the movie, was like a light version of donnie darko.

Can't say I noticed anything wrong with the video, the audio does (as has been mentioned a LOT of times) is weird in places.

AWESOME movie. Reviews said it was pretty crappy, but I watched it and LOVED it. Totally took me by suprise (how good it was)

As for the whole PAL/NTSC things... Doesn't bother me one bit.

Wow, i hear an awful lot of bitching about what I consider to be a great fucking rip no matter what the source TC or DVD... Anyways best rls so far.. Great pic and sound.. Has full credits and the ? people should be asking is i've watched it twice and i don't see A Single Cigarette Reel Change burn that is obviously in a TC, even the best ones have it. Unlike the mislabled Texas Chainsaw Massacre- DVD-Chakra that was clearly a TC..
As for it being PAL, bah i have an all region auto convertable play anything, anywhere,anytime DVD player.. No complaints here.. IF this rls isn't good enuff for you than you are HIGH people.. It's an awesome rip of a great movie.. Ending kinda sux, but now i just want a WS of the Directors Cut with additional footage that New Line has just released for the Infiniflim dvd that streets July 6th Till then i'm a ok.. Nice Rip FLiX

Video: The lower framerate is definately noticable in faster scenes, lots of MPEG artifacts, inconsistent looking fleshtones. 6.

Audio: Sound effects like papers shuffling, drawers opening, sound like they've been hit with a phaser. Pretty annoying. 6.

Movie: Good, I heard the ending sucked but it worked for me. 8.

Other: Credits cut off early, letterboxing at top is slightly diagonal, doesn't seem like a retail DVDRip to me.

OMG... i can't believe i almost past on this release because i read some pretty bad reviews on them.. but THANK GOD I DIDN"T LISTEN.. this is by FAR AN AMAZING RELEASE!!! OMFG.. i can't believe you guys rated so low.. the VIDEO IS PERFECT... i would give it 9 or even 10.. the audio is alright... probably an 8 or so.. Geez.. i think you guys have messed up monitors or something.. if you play this release on tv, you'll notice a huge difference.. yeah, on the monitor it's alright, but on tv.. it's just WOW!!!!
No need to wait for anymore, this is the only one you need to get.. ANd there is NO DARK SCENES at all.. wtf are people talking about... they must have dark monitors... brighten up your monitors.. it's not the release is the problem, i think it's you...
And ALSO THE ENDING DOES NOT SUCK!!! OMFG... i think we should have age groups posted up to see what type of people are watching these movies.. The ending IS GREAT!!! I don't see a problem about it at all.. And you know what movie sucked the most and rated so high? Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind.. that movie SUCKED SO HARD and yet people loved it... puke...

Anyone that can't find anything wrong with the video is a moron...look a little closer...i can see it from from 10 feet away...the left half of the screen seems to twitch up and down....after you watch the movie for awhile you don't notice it...but when i first started watching the movie...its a little annoying! The echo i also got use 2

I've waited to post on this, and have seen parts of the flix movie... and while video is not bad, the fact that NO DVDR is out proves this isnt a dvd source.. I mean the fact of the matter being, if it was a true dvdrip, there would be a release... hence this is probably just a really nice telecine at that. While sufficient, still isn't a dvdrip...and groups should label stuff properly and not try and pass of sources.
