Wow. I guess I did download this rls. I had gotten it before any group had tagged it.

In all honesty, this isn't the worst release I've ever seen.....but it *is* close. I can't believe they kept the music video on it.

The file as it came to me was originally an avi at 275 MB, with 75MB being audio. At first, I thought it was just super compressed, but after watching, somebody used a real crappy camera. C'mon, cammers! Attack of the Show had a report on the best cameras to bootleg with a month or two ago. Watch more G4!

If I shut my eyes, the movie is definately better.

I was gonna rate it a 4, but I think I need to see it in better quality to make sure I'm fair. As it stands, I really liked how well Spacey played Lex, but I felt Lois was a bad cast. Before too long into the movie, I felt Superman was unfair because if he caught you breaking the law, he just turns you in. Once I saw them make Luthor an extremist, I figured, "ok, as long as he's just doing the impossible". Still, I would've liked to see Luthor be an evil genious that wasn't bent on killing, but rather just doing things that some would like, and most would dislike. Maybe I watch too many movies with that....

Doesn't make really sense tho that you urge people to watch it in the theatres (like yourself according to you), and then rate a truly TRULY inferior piece of doodoo which shouldn't even have made it to vcdq. This isn't worthy to be called such.
No matter how crappy the movie you are about to watch - it's not a big suprise that watching any movie on a big screen in the cinema, would give a better viewing experience than a cammed copy.

That's like saying, an original document is usually of a higher quality than a xerox copy. Stating this won't make no living soul go like : "NO SHIT SHERLOCK!! YOU'RE RIGHT!!".

Don't get me wrong: I'm not saying I disagree if you state that for this piece of lobster, these clams really dont compare. I agree 100%.

Then again.. you don't NEED to make sense over here, so you indeed are allowed to rate it any damn way you want to

Movie -didnt waste my time ruining the enjoyment of a good film with this rubbish release.

Im sure given the age of technology phone cam releases will be everywhere soon. Its so easy to just flip up your slim line camera and leave it on the edge of your seat, easier to do it in a packed house as long as your mate is in the seat beside you.

I wonder if we will see mobile phones being banned from the cinema soon just like cam-corders

Anyway, everyone should ignore these releases so we dont get more of them, but im aware a lot of people will download just to moan about the quality afterwards.

How would theatres enforce a cell phone ban? They have a hard enough time with cam-corders. I'm sure the quality of cell phone cameras will get better. Whats really sad is that they're already better quality than most security cameras. Maybe cell phone cams should get there own tag. CCAM maybe.
