the lapdance scene and the black and white scene were included in extended european theatrical release of death proof !!!

so i guess in America its new scenes etc
i really was hoping for more like the conclusion of the lapdance scene !!
anyways Good film nonetheless

Honestly the movie was a little weak. There's basically two action scenes and the rest is just incredibly boring dialogue about absolutely nothing. I was going to rate it a 5 (due only to the abundance of sexy women) but the ending was ironic enough to merit a 7. In my opinion it needed more action and definitely some tits. For those saying that Planet Terror was a better exploitation movie that this are dead wrong. Planet Terror was like an amusing theme park ride of the genre. Tarantino made an actual "grindhouse" movie. If you've ever seen and heard about real movies like this you would know. Take a movie like 'The Candy Snatchers' for instance. I remember hearing all about the scene were Candy gets raped and buried alive. Then when I watched the movie, it was cheesy, it was cheap and there was a lot of nothing up until these parts. That's the whole point of exploitation films. They exploit the factors that will get people in the seats.

Flawless audio and video. Movie mixed views. Lot of yapping. Kinda like "Dinner" only in a car. Lordy the ladies were kinda gruesome too.

Would have liked to have seen more of Snake. Last half hour made it worthwhile.

fuck this movie rocked! haha. good to see kurt russell back in the game, the last half an hour was some of the most entertaining and visceral cinema I've seen in years. laughed my ass off.

and to people complaining about "too much dialogue"... have you ever actually seen a tarantino movie before? he's at the top of his game here. this shit is seeped in atmosphere.

V:9 But hard to tell because I didn't see it in the theater. Was that black and white bit at the part of the second half supposed to be there or is it part of a screener?
I presume all the cuts were intentional.
A:7 Voices in the first half were a bit chopped by music and background using VLC. A bit better wtih KMPlayer.
M:6 I liked all the referrences to other stuff, but the dialog just dragged on without end. If you didn't watch all those exploitation films from the 70's you wouldn't understand a thing...
