You're misunderstanding our rating methods... Rate a movie based on it's source, not the overall picture/audio quality. In other words, how does it compare to a "perfect" telesync, not a DVD rip - this is the only way to be fair with the ratings as an excellent TS still wouldn't score highly otherwise.
