Just remember paragigantic I never once said it wasn't anyone fault but mine. And my genetics as well as other overweight people can be partially to blame. But yeah exercise is not a problem for me, do it 5-6 days a week my problem is food consumption as well as the types. Being around candy bars all day does not help though I've come up with a way to keep stop that by simple keeping them away from me other than at work which has helped.

That's an old pic (some of our members are stalking me I think) nowadays I have hair... In fact my coiffure is a work of (random and spiky) art.

I'd post another pic but I'm not sure I could handle Cupidstunt re-posting the fucker in 5 years and the one he likes so much doesn't actually look like me anymore (Vamps can testify to this)

I should get on-topic as well... I lost quite a bit of weight a few years ago as a result of simply cutting carbs out of my diet after mid afternoon. I've tried working out but it pissed me off - not the actual "doing it" but I simply didn't have time to go, change, work out, shower, change and return to work every day during my lunch and I when I finish work all I want to do is eat and scratch my nuts in front of the TV, not run on a treadmill. Nowadays I perform bedroom olympics to keep me fit, it's more fun!

I can't complain, I don't look my age, I have a full head of hair that is still it's original colour (all of that's more down to decent genes than any effort on my part) and I've got a stupidly hot GF so I'm doing something right...

That was a bit strange waiting the 5 yrs to repost it, could be stalker syndrome or it could be the fact you have good teeth and well hung very rare in the u.k specially in england so i'm told that's why the english birds love the welsh and scots as well as the irish

well, my brother was fat, and it was a disease, but after it was identified, he is now extremely less fat... no one in my family could be called skinny, but he has dropped from about 290lbs to 230lbs so far, its been about a year i guess.

celiac disease is a bitch, its hereditary, and i probably also have it.. but unlike him, i'm not willing to give up wheat glutin to lose some weight... i love pizza, and i love hot sauce.
