If you're a perfectly well rounded individual with not a care in the world, then a piece of card, a clipper, zigzags, a bit of (rolling) tobacco, and some punk and you're set for an afternoon of bliss.
PS: There's nothing wrong with not being well rounded and getting mashed, but if you're looking for weed out of need, then it's gateway for sure. I think that's true in a lot of cases, out of need = bad. Of course, you could start out well rounded and let narcotics fuck up your life, but that's less of a certainty than starting off using weed as a pair of curtains to close off the badness going on already in your life.
PPS: Pop down to the nearest (state) secondary school or college. Most 15-18yr olds will know where to get weed. If you're in the smallest of villages in the arse-end of nowhere then go to your nearest town. (Oh, and just cos they're 16yrs old doesn't mean they won't shank you, use your common sense; if they're knocking out weed to strangers they'll more than likely be looking for a mug to sell a 10 layer wrap of castor leaf.)
