So I should go rent the matrix VHS, rip it even if there was already a screener and dvdrips, but since it's free that'll be ok with you then right? I'm assuming you would bitch too so stfu with that played out statement.
Saw it at the flicks (Little art house place in London), rented the dvd even watched it on sky a couple of months back. So why????? I think they probably hadn't bothered researching it and so when a screener fell into their lap they just encoded it without bothering to ask how new this film actually was. Probably force of habit, it is free but so is the dvd rip if you look for it and thats not got an anoying counter.

Region 1 has been out for a long time. I work at a video store and rented it on DVD a month or so ago. I'm pretty sure it's been out for more than half a year... Whether it's edited or not, I can't remember.
