its not only the pal - ntsc thing :
c*p released most times telesyncs , TCF never releases them !
tcf only releases scr & dvdrips . centropi started releasing dvd rips after stoping to release telesyncs (as far as i know).

The Pal/Ntsc thing has nothing to do with it, you encode the same as the original source,changing it adds problems.

If TCF got a Pal screener(which is rare) i doubt they would encode it as NTSC, and if *** started doing TS's again and they were using a NTSC Cam they wouldn't encode to Pal.

The words C.e.n.t.r.opy and c/t/p are banned in here due to excessive use by ass kissers.
