If you have the uti release you can see the missing scene by watching 44:00 to 49:53 on disk 2.

Your Moms Favorite

Its a real shame that 4-5 minutes is missing since in my opinion this is the best release so far

I just finished watching the whole thing and besides the stated scene missing everything else is there

I'll prolly keep this one til the dvd comes out

Granted I've been in the scene for over 12 years, and made alot of connections before there was an internet, back in the days of the BBS so I have "elite" access to alot of places. Tell you what coathanger, since instead of bitching you actually admitted you are a noob, and you had the brains to ask what to do, here's a start, ICQ me@ 24037506 or send me a PM and I will hook you up with an account on my FTP. You'll have 24 hour access to 0-day games/movies from there we can work on you sharing the wealth.

Hey, can I contribute as well...?

Personally, I really enjoyed this release. Best so far, in my opinion. I thought the quality was very decent. I mean, here is a screenshot from the release, with a sharpen filter on it...

Actually, now that I have checked out the JazzUIso version, it's a toss up between these 2. The JazzUIso version can be found on 3 discs though, which has already been pointed out, so that's cool. Better than 4. But, I don't care how many discs it's on... as long as the quality is good. Like so many people have said, can't complain about something that's free!

Aww man... don't sharpen it. What's the screenshot for if you're going to manipulate it like that?

Just experimenting with filters, to see how much the video could be improved.
Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that the Svenne and the JazzuIso version are from the same source. Both pixelate in exactly the same spot (certain scene that shows a closeup of Frodo), and the sound seems to have the same "glitches". I may be wrong, but that's what it looks like to me.

The jazzuiso is a dvdr. Its one dvdr not 3 disks lol. Its is also 800 mb bigger than this release and I thought it was of comprable quality to the svenne. I watched both in passing but ill have to rewatch the jazzuiso to see if the missing parts are in both releases. I had originally thought they were from the same source.

There is a version floating around that IS on 3 discs, SVCD. Says VPR, but the nfo file says Jazzuiso. Now I wish I could find the DVD-R one you are talking about because obviously this has been re-encoded to fit on 3 discs, which is gonna cause a loss in quality. Oh well, it's good enough. (grin)

Well everyone's entitled to their opinion, quite a few sigs.,

If this is the gayest thing you've ever seen you've obviously led a very very sheltered life.

PS I just thought, felt even that it might be nice to get an email with a happy new year message from say a few hundred+ people who really appreciate your work. MKaybe it's a gay idea to show appreciation for something that other people do.

you know what, you're right. i was being an asshole for no good reason, and there's no call for that. i apologise.
