I heard that they were working on another Evil Dead movie but then Spiderman hit and thats probably out the door for a long while. Sam Rami actually thought there wouldn't be a large enough audience for another Evil Dead movie. Hopefully when he is done with Spiderman 2 he will reward his longtime fans with another Ash adventure. We certainly deserve it

They are going to make an other movie, but it won´t be in the Evil Dead series. If u have the Anchor Bay Book of the Dead edition of Evil Dead watch the easter-egg where they release the movie, i think its calld "Halloween Evil Dead Screening 2001" when they release the movie. They are talking about some new movie but dont say mutch.
