a release gets propered if another release of the same type is availible, IE: If hollywood homicide VCD TS gets released and then another groups releases a VCD TS of it, it should be labeled with the *proper* tag, same goes for SVCD, if an SVCD TS is already out CTP should label there releases a *Proper*. they shouldnt be immune to scene rules

I dont quite understand and your logic on divx re-encodes since no GROUP releases them just re-encode groups...and if that was supposed to be some sort of flame against someone it didnt really work, because you dont know what the hell your talking about

give me a break man, I would take any non-cammed version over a centropy release....maybe not in the old days of centropy but now. I can barely stand the angle, and plus Screeners, TC's dont have the brightness problem normally
