Once again half the people above have judged by the sample, no wonder you all get so euphoric. Time to dampen your excitement a little. All I hear is "Maven is great, Maven is hot". Now listen:
First, they still don't know how to encode properly. The mpegs are not multiplexed properly, WMP returns an error when jumping fast for-/backward. Plus even Tmpeg is unable to demultiplex the mpeg stream properly (try for yourself - turn the videocd 1 into mpeg using VCDGear, then use Tmpeg mpeg tools) - it fails to demultiplex the whole video stream, which results in a corrupted outcome, where half the video is missing, the outcome files being smaller in size than the input mpeg file.
As I was saying before (although nobody listens, because we all are so rich and don't care, cause we all got 1000$ dvd recorders in our living rooms and don't use WMP for playback ), the only programme that demultiplexes this totally phucked up stuff that the warez groups release is mpgtx. I've written a vbscript interface for it (to send mpeg files to the demultiplexer through the windows explorer SendTo menu), you can download the whole package here:

It's very unfortunate that the groups' inability to learn how to multiplex properly is not part of the rating on vcdquality. cause if it were I'd give them a phucking 0
Anyway, back to the standard criteria:
video - 9. very good for a camcoded movie, nothing to complain about. In fact, the washed-out colours that are so typical for a TS fit perfectly well this specific movie, in which cold colours dominate anyway for dramaturgical reasons. So if you wanna enjoy this movie, watch this release, don't go to the cinema!
audio - SUX! My rating - 1. ok, I'm so phucking tired of this - audio volume is once again so low that I couldn't understand anything. So I increased it by 400-500% using TMPGEnc, which made it possible for me to understand what is being said, but at the same time this volume increase decreased the volume quality by a huge degree. Audio in certain scenes that were loud anyway (car collision, e.g.) before volume increase got now so loud that it caused an "overflow", resulting in disturbing noise that has nothing to do with original movie audio.
But if I don't increase the volume or if I increase by less than 400%, I can't hear a damn thing!
Movie itself -7. I don't understand why so many say it sux. It's a pretty good multi-layered movie, you can interpret it from various angles. You can stay on the surface, or dig deeper, right to the metaphorical level. The movie is about the discrepancy between modern-time alienated society and the individual's desire to stay human - in the sense of being connected to the rest of the human race. Capitalism vs. social interaction? Maybe. There's much room for interpretation.
It's suspenseful too. I nearly got a heart attack twice - first during the car accident, when the NSA car came out of nowhere and bumped into the car Moore was sitting in. And second - when the aliens "hoovered" the female police cop. One second she was talking and next thing I see she is hoovered into the flying saucer. lol
