Yes pic quality is better and its free but there are a lot of problems with disc 2....... repeating itself jumping backwards and forwards and some small problems with sound.
Apart from that this is way better than FTF rls.

I was able to download and watch both CDs in this set and after reviewing the entire thing I would give this movie a 6/7/7. The audio was not great, but not bad. The video was watchable and the color was there. The movie was not bad either. Anyway, to all those people wondering if this movie (and version of the movie) is worth downloading I would say it is. I was able to burn off the movie and watch it no problems on my home theatre system and for a telesync coming through on my big screen and big speakers it wasn't too bad.

Final word: if you want to see this movie, this release will suffice for getting the whole story without having to strain too hard to see or hear what is going on.
