TMNT was awesome, not shit. Ok the plot and everything was a bit...poor but the actual film itself was brilliant.

Whereas 300 was a one hour film run in slow motion for 90% of the time.

Personally I thought the movie was quite fun. Since its based on the Frank Miller comic I wasn't really surprised by the style. Not an epic, but worth the muhla.

Historically, well, the enemies wheren't really that evil and I'd guess most of us know that.

Just like to add now that I have had time to do some PHD level research into the Spartans, yes PHD level, I read a WHOLE page on Wikipedia.

The Spartans actually fought naked, feckin naked? I would consider going into battle against an overwhelming force if it was for the sake of my families freedom but I would tell Leonidas to go fuck himself if he wanted me to have a sword fight with my Peter flopping around.

Good movie. Amazing? Eh, maybe as far as how almost everything was CGI. Did have the graphic novel feel which is exactly were the story came from, not history lessons. Overall I recommend this movie to anyone who enjoys decent action flicks but I wouldn't call this an Epic Film.
