So I run into him a week later in the mall and he’s buying another cat and I says to ‘em "Jesus Walt, what are you doing? You know your just gonna get this cat stuck up your ass too, why don’t you knock it off?" And he says to me "Brodie, how the hell else am I supposed to get the gerbil out?" My cousin was a weird guy....

There was a remake?

Personally, i cant see how anyone could sit through that movie, and think they could do it better.

Maybe thats what really killed Jack Lemon. Sorry Jack, i mean you were good, real good but we think it would be better with Steve Martin, even though He and Goldie are on their last legs at a much younger age than you.

I wish there was a god.

My favorites

Heres a few,,..

Chasing Amy (Great movie..Must See even if you are not a fan of Kevin Smith but everyone loves Kevin Smith's work.)

Good Will Hunting (Great Movie by two good actors who won oscars Matt Damon and Ben Affleck for their script also won Robin Williams a well deserved oscar)

The Boondock Saints (See this movie! This is going to be a cult classic. It is just great.Great Cast.Willem Dafoe (Spiderman,Last Temptation of Christ), Norman Reedus (Blade 2, Bad Seed) and Sean Patrick Flannery (Young Indiana Jones, Con Express) all round out this film.Great action flick, with great comedy.

The Lord of the Rings (Complete Trilogy)-Even though I have not seen Return of the King, I know how it will end. I am more pumped up for this one then I have been for any other movie in my life time.Peter Jackson has done a superb job and the cast is just excellent.Viggo Mortenson is just awesome. Orlando Bloom is going to be a great actor.John Rhys Davies of Indiana Jones glory who everyone remebers and was well liked in the trilogy. Then you have two actors who are way underrated in Ian Mckellen and Christopher Lee.And the 4 elves.Eliajh Wood,Sean Astin,Billy Boyd and the other dude. Whole cast did great.in a great movie..Tolkein did a great job.

True Romance-Great flick. by Ridley Scott.Christian Slater who is another underrated actor did a great job with a great cast around him.Dennis Hopper,Patricia Arquette,Christopher Walken, Brad Pitt,James Gandolphini, Gary Oldman..and many other great actors.Cool flick. good love story.great action scenes.great directing by Ridley.

Tommy Boy-I loved Tommy Boy it was hilarious and such a good movie. It is a shame that drugs took the life of Chris Farley who had it all almost he could have been big.He was big.But he could have been a big comedy star,he already was when he passed away. David Spade plays a great role as a smart ass side kick who made great one liners in the film.Great comedy and a must see.

===sorry I got tired of writing...

6.The Matrix-Wow..amazing and awesome.action flick is awesome.
7.Clerks-Changed my life when it comes to work.
8.The Rock-Great action movie. Pick up the Criterion DVD if you can
9.Jerry Maguire-Since I can't play football professionaly.I would love to be an agent.I would love to show people the Money!!!
10.As good as it gets-Hilarious.and superb.Helen Hunt and Jack Nicholson deserve their oscars they won in this movie. great.great.great. movie. rent it sometime.

here is the deal. it's NOT my "all time favorites" since I never gonna decide on such things. It's mostly what comes to my mind *right here right now*.

1. Forest Gump
2. Dr. Strangelove - (Or how I learned to love the bomb)
3. ExistenZ
4. Farscape series(it's TV but for me, it counts more than most movies)
5. Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon - perhaps that should be FIRST on this list.
6. Princess Mononoke (animation from japan, but again, it counts more than most movies I've seen)
7.

I'll stop here. What the hell, I'd forget most movies I love anyway, so, that'll be enough.

edit:
OH CRAP, can't resist, must add:

Pulp Fiction (The ART in crime)
Zen (animation)
Lost Poets Society (it was so touchy)
Labyrinth (YEAH)

crap, so much stuff doesn't get into the list and I know at the EXACT moment I hit the submit button I'll remember some more.

Dude, you've got to be kidding me. First of all, that was the guys first movie. I mean the very first.

Second, the "head over heels" montage was totally fucking amazing.

Third, it was a period peice from 1988 for christs sake, and i actually felt transported back.

And Fourth, it was a modern adaptation on "The Last Temptation of Christ", and it was much more cerebral.

and last, it was accomplished with mostly unknown, untested actors/tresses.

Brilliant, fucking brilliant.

I admit when I read about this, amazed me. I watched the whole movie and then read about it.

(Considering I've read most books of Nikos Kazantzakis (the original author of "The Last Temptation."))
