it happens because the packer had the option checked in winrar to 'add authenticity information' or whatever it's called when the files were rarred up. cracked versions of winrar won't supply proper authenticity info, so it always gives that error when somebody goes to unpack it.
but as mentioned above, you can safely ignore the error messages, it won't affect the decompressed files at all.
... for those of you asking "how can this be from a dvdr when it says workprint', it's because the name of the release group is DVDR, that's not a description of the source type.
since this release isn't nuked on good sites despite the fact that it is apparently a dupe of DVDR, i'm assuming that the DVDR release just didn't propogate. maybe because they're not affilled with any major sites, or because it was actually originally released to usenet (which happens occasionally, and when it does it's most likely a limited release that the major pregroups just didn't have a supplier for), or whatever. (i'm basing this on the above reports which imply that the DVDR release was proper and not nukable for cause).
as for reencodes of dvdr to divx, that's really only an issue for non-pregroups (as mentioned above). pregroups who have access to dvd supply generally align themselves in tightly affiliated sets (often sharing many of the same group members, such that in a practical sense it's really one major group and a couple of subgroups -- basically it's done that way simply because 3 groups get more sites & slots than 1 group does -- which include a dvdr release group, an svcd release group, and a divx release group; or, more rarely, a single group will themselves just release all three formats). as a rule, for anything released 'pre' the only ones who need to ask for permission to reencode the dvdr are the eu and asian groups who release versions wuth non-english audio or subs (tho for the most part the pregroups could care less about what happens in that sub-scene anyway, so generally the only ones who fight over whether or not they had permission are the non-english groups themselves).
