I can only assume the people giving this 7's and 8's haven't actually watched it. The video is awful. Cropped, out of sync, and full of glitches. I'm sorry I burned it.

definitely not the videocd quality people have come to expect ....
out of focus/sync problems/some real bad audio - this could easily be a POT release had they not retired!

I could care less about the release... VideoCD has ever rarely disappointed...

But tho its been said before in different ways...

Guess i must of watched a different VideoCD release as the audio on mine is complete rubish every 5 - 10 seconds there is a soft thump noise or somekind of muffled click.

Not really, vid is bright, the audio is out of sync and the movie totally sucked. Don't worry, I didn't officially vote because I didn't want to skew the ratings. I just wanted to show respects for a group that has given me so much and asked so little in return.

Centropy is NOT doing Kiddie movies. NOr any movies. They are a fallen soldier victim of the FBI entrapment. They both deserve respect, but in all honesty NEVER respected each other. This release is cropped and has glitchy audio, and this Movie is NOT a symbol of VideoCD greatness of the past. None theless, we salute another fallen soldier.

7/3/5 cant stand sync problems of any kind, it ruins any movie.

well theres been a german telecine release of this out for several hours now, im hoping that some group is kind enough to get rid of the german dub and get direct sound in english.

Well as stated before this is not one of their better releases. The video has its issues (pixilated, cropped, missing parts etc..) also the audio seems to be out of sync at times. As for the movie I couldnt watch the whole thing due to above mentioned problems. Once again this was not one of VideoCD's better works. If you can, try picking up something they have done in the past before making judgements on the group itself. Anyway they are gone now and I for one am sorry they are leaving the scene but at least we didnt loose them to the feds. Peace Out VideoCD

Kudos on the saturation and tone aspects of the picture. The audio portion lacks dynamic range but at least it's understandable. Overall solid sevens 7/7/7

Video seemed fine to me, nice and clear. A little zoomed in at the start but was corrected after 5 mins or so. Audio was nice and i noticed none of the popping described by another member of the forum. As for the sync issue? I only noticed one on the first disk which lasted 20 seconds tops.

Oh and the missing bits? If they are anything like the rest of the film i'm fucking glad they were cut. It allowed me to get through this tripe just that little bit quicker.

ok having sat and watched whole movie................

there are about 3 sync issues lasting literraly seconds... 10 at max.... wierd but true!!
some eejit walks straight across screen about half way through!!!
couple of pixelations... think i counted 3

all that said..... still a decent release... and if you aint seen it then you need to... one of the best comic adaptations for a long time... great specials, and very enjoyable....
roll on part 2 and 3

p.s forgot, there is about 20 seconds missing as well !!

A pretty decent rls to go out(though they have had better). Video looks great aside from angle and cropping. Audio is good at most, though some small lines were missing from when i saw in theatres(or else i was REALLY high(that case, sorry). But altogether a good rls and thanx and we will miss you videoCD.
