I used to use the header trick myself although I bought an xbox and chipped it to save hassle (Best player on the market, samba shares mean I can watch my film within a couple of minutes of download without ever having to burn media.)
I posted a little harsh and maybe I should have read all the posts 1st I forgot the header trick. (Although the post I was responding to made it sound like re-encoding)
dvdrhelp.com has more info than you'll ever need!
What I should have said is I can't see the point re-encoding this to dvd.
(I didn't think people were that petit but I should have known.)
Again you dont seem to know what ur talking about, the "header trick" is only used to trick ur authoring program into thinking its dvd compliant standard...after its authored u set the sizes back to svcd standard otherwise u get big green bars. All in all u dont have a clue, so dont bother posting.
btw. xbox and ps2 both play svcddvd without being chipped, again u talk shit.
Think u should surf ur way over to dvdrhelp.com and do some reading.
