FTF oh my god.

I would honestly be embarassed to let people download such crap. I mean, if you were part of FTF's ripping team and you went home, encoded this, wouldnt you be like 'Holy shit, this sucks, and put it in the recycle bin' and go and try the next night? Seriously.

This is the WORST release ive seen from FTF by far. Either invest in another camera, or fuck your crew and find a better one.

The only reason FTF is still around is because they have PRE releases. Who cares if its a PRE, considering were gonna have to wait until Sunday or Monday to get a version thats watchable. So its completly pointless.

The only other reason you guys are still around is because everytime someone comes to VCDquality.com, your name is all FUCKING over the screen.

Just quit. You have like 120+ posts saying how bad it is, and every release it just getting worse. Why are you guys staying in? Just so you can get your 0sec access to Topsites.. heheh. prolly.

the fact that theres 124 posts on the only version of a movie (whether the movies good or not) and that version being VERY shitty makes me want to puke. what the fuck is wrong with you all? shit, either dl some quality or pay for it...dammit....i hate ftf. the only way they could earn some respect in my book is to either give us some descent shit MORE than once every 3 months or rename back to hbo which is who they are. but nobody will read this post so who cares. I know that noone will read this far into the posts, but I have on complaint to FTF. This release is not a TS it is a CAM!!! I wish they would label them properly. If you havent d/l this release dont bother, the sound is horrible, to the point that it is not worth watching

yes you can a few times i found this film best to watch on windows media player so i can play with the settings on the video and audio you can make it more enjoyable to watch by adusting the settings i enjoyed the movie the end seemed to cut off too quick.as if some is missing got all the files so i know thats not it will be looking forward to when a first rate copy comes out but props to ftf for bring this out to us so quick i enjoyed the movie anyhow my rating 5.5 /5/8 nice try ftf

barely decent enough to watch but watchable but as far as the audio....when they was on mics i couldnt understand shit they said but in away thats good because i hate rap the only reason i downloaded it is because people said it was a good movie i think this movie flat out sucked.


oh and yeah i forgot you was the group that was dicks about the jackass obus release

so better luck next time ftf this audio sucked way more then the jackass obus rip.

ok 8-mile was a god movie i watched it and it good but the quality wasn't the greatest and the sound couls be better or maybe it just my tv but ya someone should get a better quality vertion of 8-mile

Listen up folks, I'm only going to say this once. Groups like FTF most likely don't give a fuck if you like their quality or not. All they're trying to do is get the movie out as quickly as possible.

The reason is simple: Be the first. It takes a LOT of work to earn a *PROPER* in the scene, and most groups don't even attempt it. Besides - you KNOW the screener's just around the corner.

There's lots of professional software available to help clean these things up, but it takes a lot of processing power and time to utilize them beneficially... It's much easier to grab it right from the DV feed and rar it up.

By the time you finish bitching about the quality of their cam or TS, the pre-retail DVD rip is out.

Criticize the release itself all you like (hell, that's what this forum is FOR), but don't push it on the group. The final fact of the matter is that if they didn't do it, it would take a lot to motivate others to do so instead.

My thoughts on this release: Mislabled (should have been *CAM*).
Picture: 5 (as TS) or 6 (as CAM).
Sound: 1 (as TS) or 4 (as CAM).
Movie: 6 - I liked it, Eminem's convincing in the role, and Kim Basinger is still a great actress. The story has several loose ends, leaves you hanging at the end, and fails to make a solid point about child abuse (neglect, etc.) that it struggles (several times) to point out. I downloaded this, I saw it in the theaters, and I just might buy the DVD.
