little dark but of course a dark movie
audio is nice as always
movie is starting to grow on me after watching it twice
honestly i don't care where they are from as long as
they keep up the good work
Good release... bright scenes are a little washed out but that is typical. Audio is great and movie rocked.

Great release. Thank maVen. Movie was good, definately better than parts 3 and 4 of the Alien franchise but ending coulda been better. As usual, excellent audio and video was great. As stated earlier, definately need to watch this at night.
I watched this film the other day and have to say quality is fine sound is AMAZING just a little problem with bottom right hand corner as the are entering the pyramid with bobbing head but does not last long.
i don't like a the haters of this movie i am a huge alien and predator fan.. i love the movies, the games, the comics And I love AVP and it is wicked that i got a good copy of it thanks to maVen..

Watched on a TV via standalone player. Haven't seen the film at the cinema.
Video a bit dark but it's only an issue in places. Audio a little out of sync, noticeable on cd1. Guy in baseball cap on-screen for a time and his head is just visible in the bottom right corner for a while, pretty annoying.
As an aliens fan I enjoyed the film, it's much better than the last two offerings. The only problem I really had with the plot was Weyland's apparent death; how the hell is he going to show up in Alien3 now? Here's hoping for a kick-ass AvP2 or AlienV... or both!
Overall a good relase except just a little too widescreen and sux tht da movie wuz mostly dark. Plus tht guy who moves around on the bottom of the screen gets a little annoying.
Movie was ok. The plot was silly but took some imagination to get. propz on that.
too little fight scenes, i expected a little more.
Overall nice quality. Though I suppose video is a tad washed out or something... maybe not the right word to desrice but anyhow. Sound is excellent. Movie was watchable... but I'll probably watch it again once the DVD-rip is here.
I thought the movie was pretty much entertaining, in spite of a few crass moments - guy waiting on the mountain, handy emergency rockets on the sled etc.
Video and audio are just as expected from a maVen TS - damned decent!

being a fairly big aliens fan i allready set myself up for dissapointment after resurection seemed to kill the genre.
This movie is a complete no brainer, however it is fairly enjoyable and even though there is a distinct the lack of plot and the film has a 'rushed' ending you cant help but like it.
Is also begging for a sequel
as for the quality which i suppose i should review! then the video is fine.. only problem being it is dark but the film is dark and most TS will experience loos of picture quality in dark scenes. Audio is completely spot on IMO and could not be any better for a TS.
