i would rate it a 7 because the quality is good but the tape basiclly looks like a cheap quality . The PROPER release of it was better. almost like a DVD SCR. maybe the DVD SCR will come soon.

This like all TCF *iNTERNALS* mysteriously managed to become *UNiNTERNAL*, the quality was to be expected by TCF screeners, 13 ghosts is a prime example. Although I have great respect for the people who run TCF/(and their sister groups), this release was not at all good, great, terrific. I lied the fact that they released this movie, it's a movie worth releaseing no matter what the quality is, but it wasn't really needed, TMM movie was good enough to hold out until a first hand screener/DVDscr came out. Well guys, keep up the good work on releasing, I like that you let us know you're still pissing off all the "anti-piracy" groups, I'll give this release: Sound 4/10 | Video 6/10 | Movie 7/10.
