Maybe before someone can vote on movie quality there could be a screen that asks them not to vote on jpeg sample quality. It seem like half the people here have no idea what's going on at all because they haven't read the rules or anything in the forums.

Either that or they won't have a source to get the release from for about a week...
What gets on my nerves is people rating the QUALITY of a VCD based on the speed of the release or whether the release is a pointless "proper" or whatever. This site is supposed to be about VCD quality (hence the name), not to give "props" to VCD release groups.
