It says in the nfo "none" under dvd extras. Does that mean there are no special features on the retail? Because that would suck if such a great movie had no extras and they wouldn't even put DTS sound in.

Did we really need this

I mean the screener was so amazing looking do we really need this ..........the 2+'s from the Screener

+No "For your Consideration" on the bottom
+ DVD Menus
+ More Chapter Breaks

Minus:
- No DVD Extras

So while there isn't that many faults with this release.....IMHO I don't think the community needs this release....that is all

Of course there are extras on the Retail.
See any DVD Review site like dvd.ign.com to see what the extras on the retail will be.

Usually lengthy or huge movies have a seperate extras disc because sometimes they don't fit with the main movie.

The extras in the store version are obviously on the second disc. And since the first disc, which contains the movie, is double layered, either the video has to be downsampled, or split over two DVDRs - but that still doesn't leave room for extras.

There will probably be an internal extras release, just like Boozers did with the Animatrix.

Why didn't boozers downsample this? Its fine if the extras are ripped in a one DVD release but not a two DVD. I always thought the dvdr scene was about doing only one DVD and fitting the extras if you could. I respect boozers for bringing this fine release, but I think it should have been one DVD. I hope a one DVD internal comes out so i dont have to downsample this myself. Please don't start flaming about how much better the two DVD release looks, I have a normal 36 inch TV like most here, nothing special. I dont really care if the bitrate is slighly below DVD quality.

First off, how can they include the extras when they are on another disc? Even if they did downsample there is not going to be enough room for extras.
Second, how come the info says the rars are 83 and 81 while the sfv says 75 and 89? Just a mistake?

What a sec...you're all going on about the extras, but this is a rip from the Academy Consideration DVD, n'est pas? So there wouldn't have been any extras on it...

Amazing Release 10/10/9

Good move to use two disks, downsampled version would not have been worth it..
