I saw this trailer with Reloaded..it didnt show all that much but it is one of the movies I am waiting to see.

They didn't really show Tom doing that much. He just looked angry in slow motion. That hot asian girl was the best part of the trailer. I had to find out who she was. On IMDB she's listed in the credits as Koyuki. Just one name. No last name. Like Cher or Madonna.
The last place that trailer should have been shown is before Reloaded, the action in that probably doesn't compare, although it might be much better acted thanks to Cruise.
Lame trailer, a movie with the word Samurai in the title needs to have a trailer with nothing but fierce swordfights, not guns.
I still want to see it though.
FINALLY got my QT issues sorted out and rushed to watch this trailer. WOW! It looks fab! I like these sorts of movies and this looks like it could be a winner.
Nice tight, short teaser that gives just enough away until the full trailer(s) around November/December time. Just in time for my birthday too!!
Btw, that chick in the picture looks like the incredibly sexy Qi Shu (from The Transporter), 'Koyuki' may be her alias stagename for this movie. Many stars credit themselves alternately from picture to picture.

rofl. except when the movie has to do with colonial "white-man" empires in the Orient. that's the whole point of the title: to connote the period in time when the sword-carrying samurai was no longer relevant.
