SRS in movies theatres.. lack of!

Seems only the most anticipated movies get srs. Is there a reason for that or what? Is it the movie copy? I really pisses me off(being a HT buff). All those speaker and only usin a few /

SRS? surround-sound? as in Dolby Digital, dts or SDDS?

all (well most of the big theaters) have digital surround sound. damn, even our school's Union has Dolby Digital....

Spelling? SRS is surround sound noobs!
At my regal, they almost never have the movies in srs, unless it's the big one. They have several 125 person theatres and a few big ones. The big ones have srs, but I don't recall once having srs in the smaller ones. SRS as in just 5.1 or whatever

again with the noob-calling... Jesus, calling someone a noob is the gayest insult ever.

ANYWAY, SRS is a brand name. Do a quick google.

As for his spelling, he said "speaker" instead of "speakers"...

It's love baby!

Here are the abbreviations as I know them:

5.1 - 5.1 Channel Surround Sound
AC3 - Dolby Digital AC-3 Surround Sound
DSS - Dolby Surround Sound
DTS - Digital Theater Surround Sound
ST - Stereo sound
THX - THX Certified

For some odd reason SRS is missing, can't imagine why though. . .
